Michelle Pallas

Michelle Pallas is a consultant, coach, author and speaker. She is a change instigator who provides business and people strategies to organizations in transition. With large professional service firm experience, she delivers on promises using proven project and change management best practices that assure business goal alignment.

She has served clients in health care, manufacturing, education, energy, consumer goods, financial services and non-profit. Michelle is a process methodologist, team mobilizer and creative collaborator. Her entrepreneurial mindset is a positive force that enables change initiatives to sustain momentum.

Michelle’s expert facilitation skills, background in technology and learning solution experience enables her to connect with stakeholders across the enterprise. She is a role model, mentor and advisor to many and a frequent contributor to non-profits and professional associations.

Michelle has been a long-time contributor to the Great Lakes Chapter of the Project Management Institute. She served as Vice President of Strategy for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology and donated a 12-month leadership program to launch community-based mentoring through We Build Character. Today Michelle serves as the North American lead for the Change Management Institute.

Tracy-Ann Palmer

Tracy-Ann Palmer has over 20 years of experience in international business and has been consistently recognized for her strong leadership and ability to help accelerate growth for companies.

Tracy-Ann is currently Chief Growth Officer at Billhighway where she leads all sales and channel efforts for the organization. Prior to joining Billhighway, Tracy-Ann served as Senior Alliances Manager for the foundation where she was responsible for all channel strategy and management with organizations that focused on helping and growing the nonprofit community. Prior to this role she was Global Senior Partner Marketing Manager for, the worldwide leader in on demand customer relationship management (CRM) services. In addition, she has been integrally involved with the successful management and execution of DREAMFORCE,’s annual user/partner conference, which attracts over 90,000 attendees each year.

Tracy-Ann has been a very active contributor to the Michigan community through many philanthropic efforts including serving on a variety of boards, fund raising and executing a significant number of nonprofit events. Since her arrival to Detroit in 2005 she has also established three regional based Executive programs, Midwest Technology Leaders, Michigan Emerging and the CFO Executive Summit.
