Tracy-Ann Palmer has over 25 years of experience in international business and has been consistently recognized for her strong leadership and ability to help accelerate growth for companies.

Tracy-Ann is currently Vice President Partner Experience, Programs and Distribution at VMware where she leads all partner experience, programs, investments and distribution for the organization.

In this role Tracy-Ann leads distribution, channel incentives and investments, global programs, compliance, partner experience and practice development.

Tracy-Ann has over 25 years of experience in high-growth, global, technology businesses. Palmer is a seasoned professional and is consistently recognized for her strong leadership and ability to help transform and accelerate growth for companies.

Prior to joining VMware, Tracy-Ann held a variety of leadership roles. These roles span from global sales, channel, GTM, global strategy and transformation as well as business operations at AWS, Rackspace, Cisco, Salesforce, and in the start-up world – where she founded her own experiential marketing company that received numerous business awards. Her successful career can be attributed to her relentless drive and passion for building strong, diverse teams that are focused on delivering results focused on partner and customer success.

She has been a very active contributor to the community through numerous philanthropic efforts including serving on a variety of boards. Tracy-Ann has a strong passion for developing leaders, a solid strategy, and seamless execution. She’s encouraged by inclusion and diversity and founded “We Build Character”, focused on building future leaders through executive mentoring programs. In 2004, Tracy-Ann founded Midwest Technology Leaders, an annual IT event bringing together top executive leaders. This event focused on collaboration, innovation and delivering excellence. She is a Zimbabwean native and currently resides in Texas with her husband.
